The certificate received from the remote server does not contain the expected name.
It is therefore not possible to determine whether we are connecting to the correct server.
The server name we were expecting is “shortnameoftheserver”. The TLS connection request has failed. 
The attached data contains the server certificate.

Cause

La root cause di questo problema è attribuita alla funzione di SQL Server denominata Force Strict Encryption.
  • Questa funzione è abilitata in questo ambiente e utilizza un certificato di terze parti per la crittografia.
  • L'elenco dei nomi dell'entità servizio di SQL Server include il nome di dominio completo (FQDN) di SQL Server.
  • Il problema è che nell'elenco dei nomi dell'entità servizio di SQL Server manca il nome breve di SQL Server  
L'indagine tecnica si è concentrata sulla stringa di connessione (non configurabile) utilizzata da NetWorker Module for Microsoft per connettersi a SQL Server. 
La stringa di connessione predefinita contiene - "Server=(local)", e questa operazione ha esito negativo sull host problematico. 

Resolution

La soluzione definitiva per questo problema sarà disponibile nella seguente versione di NetWorker:  19.10.0.6, 19.11.0.3 e nella versione principale per 19.12.

Questo difetto verrà monitorato nell'ID del difetto:
[NETWORKER-104211] NMM 19.9. Il backup pianificato di SQL Server ha esito negativo con provider SSL: Il nome dell'entità di destinazione non è corretto.
