Symptoms

Cause
缺陷 PPDM-265889可能会导致此问题。
Resolution
如果发现作业正在运行，并且从SettingsSupport >>System ServicesStatus中查看发现服务状态为“Up”，则升级到 PowerProtect Data Manager 版本 19.16 可解决此问题。
