Symptoms
Latitude 3430 and Latitude 5430 laptop owners may experience an intermittent disconnection of their Wi-Fi connection when using the Realtek RTL8822CE wireless card.
Cause
The Dell Engineering team identified a problem with the wireless cards driver.
Resolution
Note: You must have administrator rights on your laptop to make any operating system changes or update any software.
Update the wireless driver to Realtek RTL8821CE/RTL8822CE Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Driver, version 2024.10.139.3, A15 or newer. To download and install the Realtek-RTL8821CE-RTL8822CE-Wi-Fi-and-Bluetooth-Driver_VRV53_WIN_2024.10.139.3_A15.exe see:
