Symptoms

Fout: Firmware-update voor WD19S, WD19DCS, WD22TB4 en HD22Q is mislukt

 

Iedereen met een Dell laptop die de Qualcomm CPU gebruikt in combinatie met een WD19S, WD19DCS, WD22TB4 of HD22Q dockingstation, kan te maken krijgen met een firmwarefout.

Dell Firmware Utility, fout: Firmware is niet bijgewerkt

Cause

Het DFU-hulpprogramma heeft een compatibiliteitsprobleem met de dockingstations WD19S, WD19DCS, WD22TB4 of HD22Q.

Resolution
