Symptoms

Kullanıcı, hesap parolasını değiştirmiştir ve artık vCenter web istemcisine erişemiyordur.

Oturum açmak için başka bir yönetici hesabı denedim ve önceki hesap parolasını güncelledim ancak hesap hemen kilitlendi.

Cause

Kullanıcı devre dışı bıraktı administrator@vsphere.local hesap. Hesap, SystemConfiguration.Administrators grup. Eğer administrator@vsphere.local devre dışı bırakılırsa ve başka hiçbir hesap aynı izinlere sahip değilse hesap kilitlenir. Hesap güncelleştirmeleri parolaları güncelleştiremiyor.

Resolution

Bu sorunu çözmek için:
  1. VCenter web istemcisine giriş yapmak için başka bir yönetim hesabı kullanın. Etkinleştirme administrator@vsphere.local.
  2. Zaten kaldırılmışsa SystemConfiguration.Administrators, gruba geri ekleyin.
  3. Kullanım administrator@vsphere.local tıklayarak vCenter web istemcisine giriş yapın, sorunlu hesabı kaldırın ve yeniden oluşturun.
