注意：當 外接顯示器 和 SanDisk 或 Transcend USB Type-C USB 磁碟機 與其他 USB 裝置連接至擴充基座時，就會發生這些問題。
發生此問題時，「裝置管理員」中是「未知的 USB 裝置 （連接埠重設失敗） 」，並顯示 黃色驚嘆號 。
Cause
無法完成通訊時：
- 擴充基座會將強制重設傳送 至主機。
- 以及熱重設至 SanDisk 或 Transcend USB Type-C隨身碟。
但是， SanDisk 或 創見 USB Type-C 隨身碟 不會回應熱重設，因此會導致此問題。
注意：其他 USB Type C 廠商符合 USB 規格，並正確完成暖重設。
Resolution
Dell 工程部門正在調查此問題，並已發佈韌體更新，請從 Dell 擴充基座的產品頁面下載 Dell 擴充基座韌體套件 v01.00.23 或更新版本。
