Isännällä ei ollut IP-osoitetta, kun hän suoritti seuraavan komennon:

esxcli network ip connection list | grep 9090

example output:

Yritin muokata alla olevaa tiedostoa ja lisätä vmk2:n IP-osoitteen ja käynnistää sitten alustapalvelun uudelleen.

/etc/config/vxrail/platform.conf

Käynnistä palvelu uudelleen "vxrail-pservice" ja sen pitäisi nyt kuunnella IP-osoitetta ja porttia.

Suorita VxRail Managerissa komento:

curl -vk --user root:Passw0rd! https://IPADDRESS:9090/rest/ps/private/v1/hwinventory | jq

Voisi nähdä samanlaisen vastauksen "Yhteyden nollaus vertaisviestillä".

 

Cause

Asiakkaan sisäinen palomuuri estää portin 9090.

 

Resolution

Voit ratkaista ongelman poistamalla palomuurin portin 9090 eston.
Klusterin ensimmäisen solmun on ehkä oltava RASR, jotta käyttöönotto voidaan aloittaa uudelleen.
