Värden hade ingen IP-adress när kommandot nedan kördes:

esxcli network ip connection list | grep 9090

example output: 
tcp         0       0  :: 9090                 0.0.0.0:0            LISTEN        2103568  newreno  python

Försökte ändra filen nedan och lägga till IP-adressen för vmk2 och sedan starta om plattformstjänsten.

/etc/config/vxrail/platform.conf

Starta om tjänsten "vxrail-pservice" och den bör nu lyssna på IP-adressen och porten.

Från VxRail Manager kör du kommandot:

curl -vk --user root:Passw0rd! https://IPADDRESS:9090/rest/ps/private/v1/hwinventory | jq

Kan se liknande svar "Anslutning återställs av peer"-meddelanden.

 

Cause

Port 9090 blockeras av en intern kundbrandvägg.

 

Resolution

Lös problemet genom att avblockera port 9090 i brandväggen.
Den första noden i klustret kan behöva vara RASR för att starta distributionen igen.
