Symptoms

보고 엔진을 배포한 후 보고서가 생성되지 않았습니다. 항상 표시 "No data to display."

/var/log/reporting/logs/agent/dpaagent.log에서 인증서 생성이 실패했음을 나타내는 아래 메시지와 PowerProtect Data Manager 어플라이언스의 이름 확인 실패를 확인할 수 있습니다.

보고 노드의 상태가 준비되었는지 확인했습니다.

보고 노드와 PowerProtect Data Manager 서버 간에 시간이 동기화되었는지 확인했습니다.

"./ppcp rest --uri whitelist" 향후의 만료 시간과 함께 올바른 보고 노드를 표시합니다.

Cause

PowerProtect Data Manager 어플라이언스에 root 사용자로 로그인하고 아래 명령을 실행하여 보고 노드의 자격 증명을 가져옵니다.
 

source /opt/emc/vmdirect/unit/vmdirect.env && /opt/emc/vmdirect/bin/infranodemgmt get -secret -node_type ReportingNode


그런 다음 보고 노드에 로그인하고 아래 줄의 주석 처리를 제거한 후 /opt/emc/dpa/agent/etc/setup_ppdm_certificate.sh 스크립트를 실행합니다.

스크립트가 HTTP_CODE=000으로 실패했습니다. 일반적으로 인증서를 교환하려는 노드에 연결할 수 없는 경우에 발생합니다.

보고 노드에서 'cat /opt/emc/dpa/agent/data/ppdm/ppdm.ip', 그런 다음 실행하십시오. 'nslookup <host return from ppdm.ip>'. nslookup이 실패했습니다. "connection timed out."

보고 노드에서 PowerProtect Data Manager 어플라이언스를 해결하지 못해 인증서를 생성하지 못했습니다. 따라서 노드 상태가 양호해 보일지라도 보고서를 생성하지 못합니다.
 

Resolution

  1. 적절한 DNS 서버를 사용하도록 보고 노드에서 /etc/resolv.conf를 수정합니다.

    성공 setup_ppdm_certificate.sh 출력
  2. /opt/emc/dpa/agent/etc/setup_ppdm_certificate.sh 스크립트를 다시 실행하면 아래 성공 결과가 표시됩니다.
  3. 백업 작업이 실행될 때까지 기다리면 보고서에서 적절한 데이터가 생성될 수 있습니다.
