Cause

L'hub USB non gestisce correttamente la terminazione.

Resolution

L'aggiornamento alle seguenti versioni del driver del chipset Qualcomm sul computer risolve il problema.

  • Driver del chipset Qualcomm versione 2.1.0.25 o successiva per Inspiron 14 Plus 7441 e Latitude 7455
  • Driver del chipset Qualcomm versione 2.1.0.14 o successiva per Inspiron 14 5441 e Latitude 5455
