Cause

USB Hub håndterer ikke avslutning av og på riktig måte.

Resolution

Oppdatering til følgende versjoner av Qualcomm Chipset Driver på datamaskinen løser problemet.

  • Qualcomm-brikkesettdriver versjon 2.1.0.25 eller nyere for Inspiron 14 Plus 7441 og Latitude 7455
  • Qualcomm-brikkesettdriver versjon 2.1.0.14 eller nyere for Inspiron 14 5441 og Latitude 5455
