Symptoms
Chassis vertoont de onderstaande fout:
de IO-module in slot C1 reageert niet op dataverzoeken vanwege een communicatiefout.

Cause
Veroorzaakt door verlies van connectiviteit tussen chassispinnen en switchmodule als gevolg van fysieke activiteit op het chassis.
Resolution
Er is een onderhoudsvenster gepland en de betreffende switch opnieuw in het chassis geplaatst.
OPMERKING: Controleer of multipathing van servers goed werkt, zodat het pad kan worden overgezet naar een redundante switch in hetzelfde chassis.
