Symptoms

Durante a instalação do Alienware Command Center versão 6.3, um "Erro de DCS do pacote" é exibido.Erro de DCS do pacote Alienware Command Center

Cause

O instalador do Dell Core Services não consegue fechar Dell.Core.Services.Client.exe e alguns outros processos necessários antes de executar a instalação/upgrade.

Resolution

Solução temporária

Uma solução temporária para este problema:

  1. Durante o upgrade, quando o erro é exibido.
  2. Clique em OK e a instalação será concluída com sucesso.
  3. Se o usuário clicar em Cancelar e a instalação for interrompida. Execute novamente o arquivo DUP/IM e selecione a opção "Add Packages" na página de manutenção do IM.

Alienware Command Center versão 6.4

Uma correção para esse problema será implementada no Alienware Command Center versão 6.4 (a data de lançamento pendente é 24 de setembro de 2024).
