Cause

Інсталятор Dell Core Services не може закрити Dell.Core.Services.Client.exe та кілька інших необхідних процесів перед виконанням інсталяції/оновлення.

Resolution

Спосіб вирішення проблеми

Щоб вирішити цю проблему:

  1. Під час оновлення, коли з'являється помилка.
  2. Натисніть OK, і установка успішно завершиться.
  3. Якщо Користувач натисне «Скасувати » і встановлення перерветься. Повторно запустіть файл DUP/IM і виберіть опцію «Додати пакети» на сторінці обслуговування обміну миттєвими повідомленнями.
