Symptoms
VMがディスク ドライブから起動できず、[Boot Manager]画面が表示されたままになります。
NetWorkerだけでなく、すべてのISOが起動に失敗します。
Cause
不明ですが、CVE-2023-24932のセキュア ブート修復が適用されたVMでのみ現時点で発生しています

VMwareおよびWindowsによってまだ調査中 - https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/325212/32bit-windows-vms-fail-to-boot-after-win.html
唯一の既知の安全な回避策は、別のVMから起動することです。
