Symptoms

Il backup non riesce e viene restituito l'errore: 
save: Unable to close save session: can't create index directory for client

Il log delle azioni mostra:

Cause

Il server è stato migrato a un nuovo hardware con una diversa configurazione dell'unità. Gli indici sono stati spostati nuovamente nella posizione predefinita, ma il campo Index Path è configurato per più client.

Resolution

Assicurarsi che il percorso dell'indice mostri il percorso corretto o sia vuoto per indicare il percorso predefinito.
