Cause

AWCCSmartInstaller: O instalador do componente Peripherals está migrando para a estrutura do InstallShield para seu componente. Ocorre um erro durante a cópia ou remoção de alguns arquivos, ao tentar desinstalar quaisquer versões anteriores e instalar a versão mais recente.

Resolution

Curto prazo para 6.3:

Clicar em OK interrompe o processo de instalação. Execute o arquivo do Dell Update Package (Gerenciador de instalação) uma segunda vez para corrigir o problema e instale com sucesso o AWCC v6.3.

Longo Prazo:

O tíquete de suporte foi gerado com o InstallShield sobre esse problema específico. Vemos um problema na desinstalação do pacote periférico antigo, que é baseado na estrutura NSIS, e o novo no InstallShield.
