Risoluzione dei problemi:

  1. Il BIOS e il firmware iDRAC sono aggiornati alla versione più recente.
  2. L'utente dispone di più unit server, ma solo questo server presenta l'errore irreversibile del bus. Spegnere e riaccendere l'alimentazione CA e il problema persiste.
  3. Ricollocare il BCM5719 Broadcom NetXtreme e il problema rimane.

Cause

Si è verificato un BCM5719 problema di instabilità della scheda di rete.

Resolution

Seguire le azioni consigliate nell'evento stesso.

Eseguire una o tutte le operazioni riportate di seguito:

  1. Assicurarsi che il dispositivo, il BIOS e iDRAC siano aggiornati alla versione più recente del firmware.
  2. Se si è verificato un problema del batch, aggiornare la versione del sistema operativo per patch o hotfix. Aggiornare i driver del dispositivo.
  3. Spegnere e riaccendere l'alimentazione CA.
  4. Se possibile, accertarsi che i cavi siano instradati e collegati correttamente. Rimuovere e reinstallare il dispositivo.
  5. Disabilitare lo slot1 nel BIOS oppure il modo migliore è scambiarlo con un altro slot PCIe per il test. Se il problema si ripete in seguito a Broadcom NetXtreme BCM5719, si consiglia di sostituire questa scheda di rete.
