Cause

Resolution

아래 단계 중 하나 또는 모두를 수행합니다.

  1. 디바이스, BIOS 및 iDRAC가 최신 펌웨어로 업데이트되었는지 확인합니다.
  2. 배치 문제가 발생한 경우 패치 또는 핫픽스에 대한 OS 버전을 업데이트하십시오. 디바이스 드라이버를 업데이트합니다.
  3. AC 전원을 껐다 켭니다.
  4. 가능한 경우 케이블이 올바르게 라우팅 및 연결되어 있는지 확인합니다. 디바이스를 제거했다가 다시 설치합니다.
  5. BIOS에서 slot1을 비활성화하거나 테스트를 위해 다른 PCIe 슬롯과 교체하는 것이 가장 좋습니다. 문제가 Broadcom NetXtreme BCM5719에서 발생하는 경우 이 네트워크 카드를 교체하는 것이 좋습니다.
