Symptoms
使用最新的仓库文件修改 RCM 后，尝试启动 RG 升级时，会显示以下错误：
Cause
RG 与 RCM 文件不同步。资源部署后，清单和合规性更新将异步进行，从而导致 RG 数据刷新出现延迟。如果用户尝试在此更新期间开始升级，他们将面临验证错误，该错误会阻止升级，直到所有信息都是最新的。
Resolution
资源部署完成后，可能需要一些时间来更新资源组数据。用户应等待几分钟，然后再继续升级。
