Cause
To může souviset s nastavením názvu souboru 8.3 na daném serveru. Konvence názvů souborů 8.3, známá také jako krátké názvy souborů, je starší systém pojmenování používaný v systému Windows. Omezuje názvy souborů na maximálně 8 znaků, následované tečkou a příponou souboru až 3 znaky.
Resolution
Protože jsme si všimli chybové zprávy související s certifikátem SSL v souboru httpd.conf, zkontrolovali jsme soubor na řádku 156 a zjistili jsme, že cesta k certifikátu SSL byla "C:\PROGRA~1\Legato\MANAGE~1\GST\apache\conf\server.key", zatímco NMC bylo instalováno v C:\Program Files\Legato\Management\GST\apache\conf\httpd.
Změnili jsme tedy cestu k certifikátu SSL z "C:\PROGRA~1\Legato\MANAGE~1\GST\apache\conf\server.key" na "C:\Program Files\Legato\Management\GST\apache\conf\server.crt" v souboru httpd.conf.
