Cause
Dies könnte möglicherweise mit den 8.3-Dateinameneinstellungen auf diesem bestimmten Server zusammenhängen. Die Dateinamenkonvention 8.3, auch bekannt als kurze Dateinamen, ist ein veraltetes Namenssystem, das in Windows verwendet wird. Sie beschränkt Dateinamen auf maximal 8 Zeichen, gefolgt von einem Punkt und einer Dateierweiterung von bis zu 3 Zeichen.
Resolution
Da wir eine Fehlermeldung im Zusammenhang mit dem SSL-Zertifikat in der Datei httpd.conf bemerkt haben, haben wir die Datei in Zeile 156 überprüft und festgestellt, dass der Pfad des SSL-Zertifikats "C:\PROGRA~1\Legato\MANAGE~1\GST\apache\conf\server.key", während die NMC in C:\Program Files\Legato\Management\GST\apache\conf\httpd.
Daher haben wir den Pfad des SSL-Zertifikats von "C:\PROGRA~1\Legato\MANAGE~1\GST\apache\conf\server.key" an "C:\Program Files\Legato\Management\GST\apache\conf\server.crt" in der Datei httpd.conf.
