Cause
Tämä saattaa liittyä kyseisen palvelimen 8.3-tiedostonimiasetuksiin. 8.3-tiedostonimikäytäntö, joka tunnetaan myös lyhyinä tiedostoniminä, on vanha Windowsissa käytetty nimeämisjärjestelmä. Se rajoittaa tiedostonimet enintään 8 merkkiin, jota seuraa piste ja tiedostotunniste enintään 3 merkkiä.
Resolution
Koska huomasimme SSL-varmenteeseen liittyvän virheilmoituksen httpd.conf-tiedostossa, tarkistimme tiedoston rivillä 156 ja huomasimme, että SSL-varmenteen polku oli "C:\PROGRA~1\Legato\MANAGE~1\GST\apache\conf\server.key", kun taas NMC asennettiin C:\Program Files\Legato\Management\GST\apache\conf\httpd.
Joten muutimme SSL-varmenteen polun "C:\PROGRA~1\Legato\MANAGE~1\GST\apache\conf\server.key" jotta "C:\Program Files\Legato\Management\GST\apache\conf\server.crt" httpd.conf-tiedostossa.
