Cause
Detta kan möjligen vara relaterat till 8.3-filnamnsinställningarna på den specifika servern. Filnamnskonventionen 8.3, även känd som korta filnamn, är ett äldre namngivningssystem som används i Windows. Filnamn begränsas till högst 8 tecken, följt av en punkt, och ett filnamnstillägg på upp till 3 tecken.
Resolution
Eftersom vi märkte ett felmeddelande relaterat till SSL-certifikatet i filen httpd.conf, kontrollerade vi filen på rad 156 och fann att sökvägen till SSL-certifikatet var "C:\PROGRA~1\Legato\MANAGE~1\GST\apache\conf\server.key", medan NMC installerades i C:\Program Files\Legato\Management\GST\apache\conf\httpd.
Därför har vi ändrat sökvägen till SSL-certifikatet från "C:\PROGRA~1\Legato\MANAGE~1\GST\apache\conf\server.key" till "C:\Program Files\Legato\Management\GST\apache\conf\server.crt" i filen httpd.conf.
