Discovery Job Error: 500 : "{"code":500,"reason":"Failed to connect to <PPDM FQDN>: HTTP transport error: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException:

Cause

Varmenne vanhentui

Resolution

  1. Muodosta SSH-yhteys PowerProtect Data Manager Management IP -osoitteeseen.
    1. Käydä läpi /var/log/brs/vmdm
    2. Tarkista lokit: vmdm-discovery.log <unable to find valid certification path to requested target>
  2. Muodosta verkkoselaimessa yhteys PowerProtect Data Managerin hallinnan IP-osoitteeseen.
    1. Käy läpi Hallintavarmenteet> ja tarkista oikeasta paneelista, onko varmenteita Vanhentuneet.
    2. Valitse vanhentunut varmenne ja klikkaa sitten Luo varmenteet uudelleen
  3. Siirry kohtaan Infrastructure >Asset Sources, valitse vCenterin nimi ja valitse sitten Discovery
  4. Siirry kohtaan Jobs >System Jobs, tarkista manuaalinen etsintäprosessi
