Symptoms

O NetWorker Web UI (NWUI) não é iniciado após uma reinicialização do servidor.

A verificação do status do serviço retornou a mensagem.

# systemctl status nwui
Unit nwui.service could not be found.

O arquivo nwui.service é instalado no local padrão com as permissões corretas.

O nwui.service é ativado para iniciar automaticamente após uma reinicialização.

Cause

Falha ao inicializar o "nwui.service" porque o file system "/opt" necessário em que o NWUI está instalado não estava montado no momento da inicialização da unidade de serviço. O file system '/opt' foi montado algum tempo depois da tentativa de inicialização, fazendo com que o serviço falhasse ao iniciar.

Resolution

Para garantir que o "nwui.service" seja iniciado corretamente após uma reinicialização, o arquivo da unidade de serviço /opt/nwui/scripts/nwui.service deve ser atualizado para incluir dependências no file system necessário. A dependência deve ser adicionada à diretiva "Depois" na seção [unidade], conforme mostrado abaixo:

[Unit]
Description=NetWorker Management Web UI Server
After=syslog.target network.target opt.mount 

[Service]

Como o nwui.service foi modificado, execute.

# systemctl daemon-reload

Inicie o serviço com.

Na próxima vez que o servidor for reinicializado, o serviço nwui será iniciado automaticamente.
