Symptoms
導入テンプレートの編集中に、[コンポーネントの編集]画面が「読み込み中」のアニメーションでスタックします。
コンプライアンス テンプレートの編集中は、テンプレートの詳細画面が空白になり、属性が表示されません
コンソール ログ バンドル(Monitor -> Troubleshoot-> Logs - Generate Log)からtomcatアプリケーション ログ(./tomcat/application.log)を確認すると、テンプレート コントローラーの数値形式の例外エラーが表示されます。

Cause
各構成属性はデータベースに個別に格納され、それらの ID は標準整数と呼ばれます。標準の整数は 32 ビットのデータを使用するため、最大 20 億 (-2.31 から +2.31) の数値しか保持できません。導入テンプレートまたは設定コンプライアンス テンプレートを頻繁に使用するOpenManage Enterpriseインスタンスのどのバージョンでも、時間の経過とともに属性IDが標準整数データ セットを超えることがあります。
Resolution
OpenManage Enterpriseバージョン4.2.0に修正が含まれ、リリース日は2024年10月が予定されています。このリリースでは、属性 ID の呼び出しは長整数に変更されます。
