PowerFlex-hallintaympäristö: Ohjattu verkon lisääminen epäonnistuu ja näyttöön tulee virhe VXFM0004

Ohjatun "Lisää verkko" -toiminnon käyttäminen CO RG: lle epäonnistuu virheen VXFM0004 vuoksi.
Kun valitset ohjatussa Add Network -toiminnossa Finish, käyttöliittymä latautuu ja tuloksena on seuraava virhe:

An error occurred. Expand the list to view the details of the error. (500)
The operation cannot be performed because of an internal issue. (VXFM0004)

Sama virhe ilmenee, kun Add Existing Resource Group -toimintoa yritetään suorittaa.

Vaikutus 

Mainitun virheen on havaittu vaikuttavan automaattisiin orkestrointitehtäviin, kuten Add Network ja Add Existing Resource Group, ja se voi vaikuttaa muihin tehtäviin.

Virhe ilmaisee, että asmManager on tallentanut välimuistiin tietuetunnuksen, jota ei enää ole.

Kun automaatiotehtävät ovat jonossa ja käynnistyvät, asmManager pod näkee tämän orvon tunnuksen, mikä johtaa virheeseen, koska tunnus puuttuu tietokannasta.

Voit ratkaista ongelman seuraavasti:

1. Poista RG, jossa virhe ilmenee:
   VXFM0004Merkitse RG:n nimi ja verkot muistiin

2. Luo MVM:ssä uusi asmManager-podi seuraavalla komennolla:

   kubectl delete pod -n powerflex $(kubectl get pods -n powerflex|grep asmm|awk '{print $1}')

3. Suorita ohjattu Add Networks -toiminto uudelleen.
