Symptoms

為 CO RG 使用「新增網路」精靈失敗，並出現錯誤 VXFM0004。
在「新增網路」精靈中按一下「完成」時，UI 載入會失敗，並顯示以下錯誤：

The operation cannot be performed because of an internal issue. (VXFM0004)

影響 

觀察到上述錯誤會影響「添加網路」和「添加現有資源組」等自動化業務流程任務，並可能影響其他任務。

 

Cause

該錯誤表示 asmManager 已緩存不再存在的記錄ID。

當自動化任務排隊並開始時， asmManager Pod 會看到這個孤立的 ID，導致錯誤，因為資料庫中缺少 ID。

 

Resolution

以下是解決此問題的步驟：

  1. 移除遇到錯誤的 RG：
    VXFM0004記下 RG 名稱和網路

  2. 在 MVM 上，執行下列命令以重新建立新的 asmManager pod：

    kubectl delete pod -n powerflex $(kubectl get pods -n powerflex|grep asmm|awk '{print $1}')

  3. 重新執行「Add Networks」精靈
