Symptoms
시스템에서 7.13.x 이전의 DDOS 버전을 실행 중인 경우 DS600 또는 FS240에 다음과 같은 증상이 발생합니다.
- DS600 또는 FS240 스토리지 인클로저에서 디스크 인클로저 또는 팩을 추가할 수 없습니다.
- 새 스토리지를 사용하기 위해 파일 시스템을 생성하거나 확장할 수 없습니다
- # enclosure show topology show 출력에 'Error retrieving information'이 표시됩니다.
sysadmin@someDD# enclosure show topology Error retrieving information (**** No paths found within the system.)
Cause
DS600 또는 FS240 인클로저는 7.13 이전의 DDOS 버전에서 지원되지 않습니다.
Resolution
지원되는 버전의 DDOS로 업그레이드한 다음 새 스토리지 인클로저를 추가합니다.
참고: DDOS 업그레이드 후 새 인클로저가 연결된 경우 헤드 유닛(컨트롤러)이 재부팅되었는지 확인하는 것이 좋습니다. 이렇게 하면 연결된 스토리지에서 펌웨어가 수평을 이룹니다.
