Resolution
Tijdelijke oplossing: Schakel ondersteuning voor de functie Fabric Performance Impact Notification (FPIN) uit. De opdracht om dit te doen is te vinden in de releaseopmerkingen van VMware ESXi 8.0 U3.
Gebruik de opdracht esxcli storage fpin info set -e=false om de Fabric Performance Impact Notification (FPIN) te deactiveren. Als de FPIN-functie is uitgeschakeld, rapporteren de stuurprogramma's nog steeds FPIN-gebeurtenissen. De FPIN-kernelmodule wijst deze gebeurtenissen echter af, zodat ze niet naar vodb of PSA worden gestuurd. De opdracht slaat de FPIN-activering op in zowel ConfigStore als de VMkernel System Interface Shell en blijft bestaan tijdens ESXi-herstarts.
