Symptoms

 

De aan/uit-knop is ingesteld op Uit in de Aan- of Stand-bymodus in het OSD:

Als er een AlienFX-instelling wordt gewijzigd in het Alienware Command Center (AWCC), gaat het LED-lampje van de aan/uit-knop weer branden.

Getroffen monitoren:

  • Alienware 27 gamingmonitor AW2724DM
  • Alienware 32 4K QD OLED gamingmonitor AW3225QF

Resolution

 

U kunt het probleem oplossen door de Alienware AW2724DM Monitor firmware bij te werken naar versie M2B104 en de Alienware AW3225QF Monitor firmware naar versie M2B105 of hoger op de computer. Als u de driver wilt downloaden en installeren, raadpleegt u Dell drivers downloaden en installeren.
