ORA-00230: operation disallowed: snapshot control file enqueue unavailable

Cause

This error occurs when an operation that requires the snapshot control file enqueue is attempted, but the enqueue is not available.

Resolution

Change the start time of the daily and log backups to avoid the concurrency issue.
