Symptoms

  1. Avamar Administratorを起動し、 ポリシー ウィンドウに移動します。

  2. 無効なグループ ポリシーを選択し、右クリックして [Edit Group...]を選択します。

  3. [Edit Group]ウィンドウが表示されたら、[Disabled]チェックボックス フィールドがオフになります。[ OK]をクリックすると、グループ ポリシーが有効になります。

Cause

この問題はAvamar 19.10バージョンで発生し、ソフトウェアの欠陥と判断されています。

 

Resolution

この問題を回避するには、Avamarユーザー インターフェイス(AUI)を使用するか、グループ ポリシーを保存([OK]をクリック)する前に、Avamar Administratorコンソールで[無効]チェックボックスをオンにします。
