Symptoms

搭配韌體版本 1.0.0 的 SK Hynix PS1010 和 PS1030 NVMe 固態硬碟可能會出現 PCIe 匯流排嚴重錯誤和作業系統當機。
當磁碟機處於繁重的 I/O 工作負載下時，可能會在生產環境中出現此狀況。在某些情況下，當 vm-support 的收集，或是在包含包含作業系統資料的 TSR 記錄時。

Cause

PS1010 和 PS1030 NVMe 磁碟機可能會因為內部磁碟機工作延遲且未在確定的時間範圍內完成而出現此錯誤。

Resolution

將 PS1010/PS1030 NVMe SSD 更新至韌體 1.2.0 版或更新版本;韌體更新套件相容於兩種磁碟機機型。

注意：將 PS1010/PS1030 磁碟機從韌體 1.0.0 版升級至任何更高版本時，需要重新啟動系統電源。磁碟機會在 iDRAC UI 和作業系統公用程式中顯示更新的韌體，但在電源週期完成之前，可能會繼續發生 PCIe 錯誤。若要完成此步驟，請完全關閉系統電源，然後在套用韌體更新後重新開啟電源。
