Symptoms

固件版本为 1.0.0 的 SK Hynix PS1010 和 PS1030 NVMe SSD 驱动器可能会出现 PCIe 总线致命错误和作系统崩溃。
当驱动器处于繁重的 I/O 工作负载下时，可能会在生产中看到这种情况。在某些情况下，当 vm-support 收集或包含包含作系统数据的 TSR 日志时。

Cause

由于内部驱动器任务延迟且未在确定的时间范围内完成，PS1010 和 PS1030 NVMe 驱动器可能会出现此错误。

Resolution

将 PS1010/PS1030 NVMe SSD 更新到固件版本 1.2.0 或更高版本;固件更新包与两种驱动器型号兼容。

提醒：将 PS1010/PS1030 驱动器从固件版本 1.0.0 升级到任何更高版本需要系统电源重启。驱动器会在 iDRAC UI 和作系统实用程序中显示更新的固件，但可能会继续遇到 PCIe 错误，直至电源重启完成。要完成此步骤，请完全关闭系统电源，然后在应用固件更新后重新打开系统电源。
