Symptoms
Il processo "System Jobs > Deploying Report Node" di PowerProtect mostra:
InfrastructureNodeSessions unsuccessful during initialization. Unable to deploy node my-ppdm-report-node.my-domain.com: node deployment unsuccessful. Unable to obtain lease info: Unable to access file ds:///vmfs/volumes/b2581f1d-813596ec-0000-000000000000/my-ppdm-report-node.my-domain.com
vSphere Web Client mostra un attività di errore simile durante il deployment del nodo di reporting. Il tentativo di creare una directory o un file nell'archivio dati NFS, utilizzando vSphere Web Client, ha esito negativo con un messaggio simile.
Cause
Il datastore NFS è montato sugli hypervisor ESXi del cluster vSphere, ma non è in grado di scrivere nel file system.
Resolution
Risolvere i problemi dell'archivio dati NFS che impediscono al cluster vSphere di scrivere nel file system dell'archivio dati. Una volta risolti i problemi, PowerProtect Reporting Node Deployment procede con il deployment.
