Symptoms
PowerProtect の「System Jobs > Deploying Report Node」 ジョブには、次の情報が表示されます。
InfrastructureNodeSessions unsuccessful during initialization. Unable to deploy node my-ppdm-report-node.my-domain.com: node deployment unsuccessful. Unable to obtain lease info: Unable to access file ds:///vmfs/volumes/b2581f1d-813596ec-0000-000000000000/my-ppdm-report-node.my-domain.com
vSphere Web Clientに、レポート ノードの導入中に同様のエラー タスクが表示されます。vSphere Web Clientを使用してNFSデータストア上にディレクトリーまたはファイルを作成しようとすると、同様のメッセージが表示されて失敗します。
Cause
NFSデータストアはvSphereクラスターESXiハイパーバイザーにマウントされていますが、ファイル システムに書き込むことはできません。
Resolution
vSphereクラスターからデータストア ファイル システムへの書き込みを妨げているNFSデータストアの問題を解決します。問題が解決されると、PowerProtectレポート ノードの導入が進められます。
