Symptoms

19.11로 업그레이드한 후 Avamar 데이터 수집 요청이 오류와 함께 실패합니다 unexpected EOF from worker process. 이는 Avamar jobmonitor 요청을 실행할 때 관찰됩니다.

DPA 데이터 수집 서버에서 Visual C++ 2015 재배포 가능 패키지(x64)를 설치합니다. 이 패키지는 Microsoft에서 직접 다운로드할 수 있습니다.
DPA 데이터 수집 서버에 패키지를 설치한 후 DPA 에이전트를 다시 시작합니다.
