Na de upgrade naar 19.11 mislukt de Avamar-dataverzamelingsaanvraag met een fout
Het volgende wordt waargenomen in de agentlogboeken nadat de agent in Logboekregistratie voor foutopsporing laag is geplaatst en de aanvraag voor gegevensverzameling opnieuw wordt uitgevoerd:
unexpected EOF from worker processte installeren. Dit wordt waargenomen bij het uitvoeren van de Avamar jobmonitor-aanvraag.

Cause
Dit is een bekend probleem in Data Protection Advisor.
De vcruntime140.dll-module ontbreekt op de DPA-applicatieserver.
De DPA Avamar Data Collection Module (dpaagent_modavamar.exe) vereist deze module.
De vcruntime140.dll module bevindt zich in het Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package (x64) voor Microsoft Windows.
De vcruntime140.dll-module ontbreekt op de DPA-applicatieserver.
De DPA Avamar Data Collection Module (dpaagent_modavamar.exe) vereist deze module.
De vcruntime140.dll module bevindt zich in het Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package (x64) voor Microsoft Windows.
Resolution
Er is geen permanente oplossing voor dit probleem. Het probleem wordt nog onderzocht door Dell Engineering.
Er is een tijdelijke oplossing beschikbaar voor dit probleem.
Installeer op de DPA-dataverzamelingsserver het Visual C++ 2015 redistributable package (x64). Dit pakket kan rechtstreeks worden gedownload van Microsoft.
Nadat u het pakket op de DPA-gegevensverzamelingsserver hebt geïnstalleerd, start u de DPA-agent opnieuw.
Neem contact op met Dell Technische Support voor meer informatie of informatie.
