Symptoms

升级到 19.11 后，Avamar 数据收集请求失败并显示错误 unexpected EOF from worker process。运行 Avamar jobmonitor 请求时会观察到这种情况。

将代理置于 “Debug Low ”日志记录并重新运行数据收集请求后，在代理日志中观察到以下内容：

Cause

这是 Data Protection Advisor 中的已知问题。

DPA 应用程序服务器上缺少 vcruntime140.dll 模块。
DPA Avamar 数据收集模块 （dpaagent_modavamar.exe） 需要此模块。

vcruntime140.dll 模块位于适用于 Microsoft Windows 的 Visual C++ 2015 可再发行组件包 （x64） 中。

Resolution

此问题无法永久解决。戴尔工程部门仍在调查此问题。

此问题有可用的解决方法。

在 DPA 数据收集服务器上，安装 Visual C++ 2015 可再发行组件包 （x64）。此软件包可直接从 Microsoft 下载。
在 DPA 数据收集服务器上安装程序包后，重新启动 DPA 代理程序。
