如何設定以重現問題：

  1. 使用 Type-C 纜線將電腦連接至主要顯示器 （例如 P2424HEB）。
  2. 使用 DP 纜線，以菊鏈 （MST） 將主要顯示器連接至次要顯示器 （例如 P2422H）。

次要顯示器無法喚醒，且在開啟電腦電源時不會顯示影像。若要復原次要顯示器上的影像，請拔下電源再重新插入。

注意：這種癥狀失敗率較低且隨機。

Cause

顯示器標量裝置 MT9700 存在功能問題。

Resolution

將顯示器韌體更新為版本：

  • P2425HE韌體版本 Mxx103 或更新版本
  • P2424HEB韌體版本 M2T106 或更新版本

注意：如果韌體安裝後仍出現問題。將兩台顯示器重新啟動電源 （拔下並重新連接電源纜線），因為一旦顯示器處於無影像狀態，韌體可能無法運作。
