如何设置以重现问题：
- 使用 Type C 线缆将计算机连接到主显示器（如 P2424HEB）。
- 使用 DP 线缆，以菊花链方式 （MST） 将主显示器连接到辅助显示器，例如 P2422H。
为计算机通电时，辅助显示器无法唤醒，并且不显示视频。要恢复辅助显示器上的视频，请拔下电源并重新插入电源。
提醒：这种症状故障率低且随机。
Cause
显示器标量设备 MT9700 存在功能问题。
Resolution
将显示器固件更新到版本：
- P2425HE固件版本 Mxx103 或更高版本
- P2424HEB固件版本 M2T106 或更高版本
要下载显示器固件，请转至显示器的 戴尔驱动程序和下载 部分。
提醒：如果在安装固件后出现问题。重启两个显示器的电源（断开并重新连接电源线），因为一旦显示器处于“无视频”状态，固件可能无法运行。
