Symptoms

テープ ボリュームのラベル付けまたはマウント操作に関するデーモン ログに以下のエラーが記録されています。

ウィンドウズ：[NetWorkerインストール ドライブ]:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\daemon.raw

Cause

原因は不明です。

Resolution

  1. NetWorker Management Console (NMC)から、デバイス>ライブラリの下にあるライブラリにアクセスします。
  2. ライブラリを右クリックし、[プロパティ]を選択します。
  3. [タイマー]タブを選択し、ロード スリープ タイマーをより高い値に変更します。たとえば、5(秒)に設定されている場合は、60に増やします。
メモ: [Timers]タブがプロパティに存在しない場合。プロパティ ウィンドウを閉じて、NMCでView->Diagnosticモードが有効になっていることを確認します。診断モードが有効になったら、ライブラリーのプロパティに再度アクセスします。
  1. ロード スリープ タイマーが更新されたら、ラベル付けを試みます。
