Symptoms

사용자가 맞춤 구성된 AOS 버전 6.5.6을 배포했습니다. 아래 명령을 사용하여 CVM(Virtual Machine)을 재부팅하려고 하면 시스템이 응답을 중지하고 일부 명령을 실행한 후 사용할 수 없습니다.

약 5-10분 후에 서버가 자동으로 재부팅되지만 CPU1과 CPU2 모두 시스템 검사 오류가 있습니다.

Cause

AOS 버전이 인증되지 않은 버전 6.7 또는 지원 버전보다 낮습니다. Dell 및 Nutanix 팀은 6.7 미만 버전을 지원하지 않습니다.

Resolution

6.8 또는 6.10과 동일한 AOS 버전을 배포합니다. XC760-24N에는 AOS 6.7, 6.8 및 6.10만 배포할 수 있지만 AOS 버전 6.7은 이미 EOL(End of Life)입니다.
