PowerProtect Data Manager File System 代理程式註冊失敗的根本原因是缺少反向 IP 查詢組態。執行 nslookup 以驗證 PowerProtect Data Manager 的名稱解析。它適用於 PowerProtect Data Manager 主機名稱，但不適用於反向 IP 查詢。 

PowerProtect Data Manager File System 使用者指南中記錄「必須設定名稱解析和反向 IP 查詢」 

解決方案是在 DNS 伺服器上設定 PowerProtect Data Manager 的反向 IP 查詢。如果此時無法訪問 DNS 伺服器，請暫時修改用戶端上的主機檔。之後，UI 中的 「註冊狀態」應會自動變更為 「等待核准」。如果沒有，請在用戶端手動重新啟動 PowerProtect 代理程式服務。
