Çözüm, bir DNS sunucusunda PowerProtect Data Manager ters IP aramasını yapılandırmaktır. DNS sunucusuna şu anda erişilemiyorsa istemci tarafındaki hosts dosyasını geçici olarak değiştirin. Bundan sonra, kullanıcı arayüzündeki Kayıt Durumu otomatik olarak Onay Bekliyor olarak değiştirilmelidir. Aksi halde istemci tarafında PowerProtect Agent Service'i manuel olarak yeniden başlatın.
