Steg för att återskapa:

  4. Skapa en FX-spelprofil och aktivera den

Faktiskt resultat: Spelprofilen i AWCC försvinner efter uppdatering av spelet.

Cause

När en spelprofil skapas mappas profil-ID:t till spel-ID:t. För vissa spel avinstallerar dock uppdateringsprocessen och installerar spelet, vilket resulterar i att spel-ID:t (avinstalleras) raderas och ett nytt spel-ID skapas (installation). Den här processen bryter den gamla mappningen mellan PresetColor och Game ID, vilket gör att FX-spelprofilen försvinner efter speluppdateringen.

Resolution

Teknikavdelningen arbetar med en korrigering som ska släppas i AWCC version 6.6 eller senare. Den uppdaterade AWCC-installationsfilen skickas till datorns supportsida när den blir tillgänglig.
