Cause

Po vytvoření herního profilu se ID profilu namapuje na ID hry. U některých her však proces aktualizace odinstaluje a nainstaluje hru, což má za následek smazání ID hry (odinstalace) a vytvoření nového ID hry (instalace). Tento proces přeruší staré mapování mezi PresetColor a Game ID, což způsobí, že herní profil FX po aktualizaci hry zmizí.

Resolution

Technické oddělení pracuje na opravě, která bude vydána ve verzi AWCC 6.6 nebo novější. Aktualizovaný instalační soubor aplikace AWCC bude zveřejněn na stránce podpory počítače, jakmile bude k dispozici.
