Instructions

Mevcut sunucuyu değiştirmek için fazladan bir sunucunuz varsa küme modunu (3 düğümlü veya 5 düğümlü) değiştirmenize gerek yoktur. Ek bir sunucunuz yoksa küme modunu 5 düğümden 3 düğüme veya 3 düğümden tek düğüme düşürmeniz gerekir.

NOT:

Geçici durumlar dışında üretim sistemlerinde tek mod kullanılması önerilmez.

Koşullar ne olursa olsun aşağıdaki kurallar geçerlidir:
  • Bir küme üyesini kaldırmak için önce bunu bekleme moduna almanız, ardından bekleme moduna almanız gerekir. Bir kümeye üye eklemek için, önce onu bekleme moduna getirin, ardından yedek parçayı kümeye ekleyin.
  • Küme her zaman 5, 3 veya 1 üyeye sahip olmalı, başka bir miktar olmamalıdır. Bu konu hakkında daha fazla bilgi edinmek için Dell PowerFlex i Tanıma Rehberi'nin Mimari bölümünde "MDM kümesi" bölümüne bakın. Ortamınızı açıklayan bölüme gidin:

MDM kümesine sunucu ekleme veya değiştirme.

Başlamadan önce aşağıdakileri yapın: Yedek sunucuya gerekli IP adreslerini atayın.

MDM paketini sunucuya yükleyin.

Bu örnekte, şu anda 5 düğümlü bir MDM kümesinin üyesi olan ve IP adresi 10.3.1.179 olan sunucuyu, IP adresi 10.3.1.57 olan ve şu anda herhangi bir PowerFlex sisteminin harici olan bir sunucuyla değiştiriyoruz. Bu işlem, MDM kümesindeki herhangi bir rolü değiştirmek için kullanılabilir.

Adımlar

1- Aşağıdaki komutu çalıştırarak mevcut sunucunun (179) birincil MDM olmadığını kontrol edin:

scli --query_cluster

2- Mevcut sunucu birincil MDM ise, PowerFlex CLI Referans Kılavuzu'nda açıklandığı gibi switch_mdm_ownership komutunu kullanarak durumunu değiştirin.

3- Yedek MDM sunucusunu bekleme MDM'si yapın ve birincil MDM'de aşağıdaki komutu çalıştırarak sunucuya bir ad (örneğimizde mdm57) atayın:

scli --add_standby_mdm --mdm_role tb --new_mdm_ip 10.3.1.57,192.168.1.57 --new_mdm_management_ip 10.3.1.57 --new_mdm_name mdm57

4- Aşağıdaki komutu çalıştırarak komutun sonucunu görebilirsiniz:

scli --query_cluster

5- Aşağıdaki komutu çalıştırarak mevcut mdm179'u beklemedeki mdm57 ile değiştirin:

scli --replace_cluster_mdm --remove_tb_name mdm179 --add_tb_name mdm57

Aşağıdaki çıktı görüntülenir:

Successfully replaced the cluster MDM

Geçerli sunucu değiştirildi.
